Green Seclusion in Central Fremantle

This private, freestanding but central cottage is ideally located just off Bannister Street which is 100m from the famous Cappucino Strip with all the restaurants and boutiques. It is tucked behind some small shops separated from them by an archway into a courtyard. It has a twin cottage on the right with a shared garden space that wraps around the front and between the two buildings. Sitting in the small outdoor area with flowers and herbs is a great way to enjoy the feeling of a country cottage. 

Entry is directly into a sitting room with a large south facing window and another smaller one on the east. The rear of the ground floor forms a kitchen with benches running in an L-shape along the back walls of the house. There is an oven with four burner stove top and it is well-supplied with cooking implements. The interior is rustic brick with timber features. A stair case to the mezzanine level is on the left with a large window giving light onto the staircase and upper section. Beyond the kitchen is a laundry (washing machine and dryer) at one end and a downstairs toilet.

The queen bedroom is on the mezzanine level. It has generous built-in wardrobes and is well located with the bathroom (shower over bath and second toilet) just next door. There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the bedroom and another downstairs in the living area. 

One car parking place is provided along the wall in front of the cottage with the entry from Bannister Street though an archway between the front business shops. It is a real cottage surprise in the heart of the restaurant area - but so quiet and secluded!!
