This beautiful townhouse, recently built in local limestone, is centrally situated but offers a secluded retreat from the excitement of Fremantles activities. It is two hundred metres from the Fremantle Markets and close to Fremantle Lawn Tennis Club, parkland and the Fremantle Leisure Centre with its swimming pool and gym. Enjoy the cafe and art exhibitions at the nearby Fremantle Arts Centre
Downstairs, sliding doors from both the dining and living areas open onto a large patio and lawn and garden with outdoor setting and BBQ. This garden is designed for shade in summer and sunshine in winter.
There is a spiral staircase to upper floor. The master bedroom has a juliet balcony with sliding doors, so beautiful morning sun. The second bedroom at the other side of the house past the bathroom, has a lovely north facing window that looks over the lawn to the trees.
All furniture and fittings are of excellent standard and everything necessary for a self-contained holiday or business trip is supplied.
