This spacious and elegant home is a new addition to South Fremantle Village. It is ideally located close to South Terrace, equidistant between Fremantle centre and the lovely length of South Beach.
Walk a block to the Fremantle Sailing Club or only 50m to the free and frequent CAT (Central Area Transit) bus.
The facilities at Louisa consist of a large L –shaped living (of course TV and DVD supplied), upmarket dining and kitchen area with glass doors to the north leading onto the bright outdoor area with large outdoor setting and shade sail.
The kitchen has everything that a cook requires, oven, large cooktop, microwave and dishwashing machine. Past the kitchen is a powder room with toilet and handbasin and at the end of the passage a good size laundry with washing machine, dryer and door opening to the clothesline and utility area.
Up the wide staircase there is an upper sitting room and three bedrooms – one queen, one double and the third with a single bed and a rollaway single. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet and walk-in robe. The shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms has a bath in addition to shower and a separate toilet.
Louisa Street is a short, very quiet street and this house has garage parking for one car and hard-standing for another.
There are many interesting boutique style shops in the area as well as a large range of restaurants which represent many different cultures and cuisines. All guests are assured of a great place to stay for a lovely holiday or very comfortable working environment.
