Zimbo is a bright, fresh apartment in a resort style complex with swimming pool, situated in a quiet position at the end of a no through road, a short ten minutes walk from Fremantle and close to bus routes to Perth, Murdoch University, Garden City and Fremantle. There is also undercover parking for one car.
The apartment has a queen bedroom and an extra (single foldable) bed in the dining section of the large L-shaped living area - making it ideal for two or three people. There are overhead fans in both bedroom and living areas.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully renovated and fully equipped. There is a shower over the bath a washing machine and dryer for full laundry facilities. The comfortable living room is is bright and sunny, with cosy sofas and access to the balcony. You can sit on the balcony off this area and enjoy the sun, or gaze down the avenue of beautiful mature eucalyptus trees taking in the open western view. Sunsets often give a gorgeous display of red, golds and oranges, particularly in Autumn and Spring when clouds scatter the light.
