This is the larger of  a couple  of two bedroom apartments on the third level that have large balconies with views over the quay and onward to the Fremantle Harbour. The popularity of this imaginative renovation and extension of an iconic building (Hudson House) is based on its superb location in central Fremantle and the dynamic interest of the view.

 

The bedrooms consist of a queen bedroom and a single bedroom where two singles can be made into a king on request - there is room for a foldable bed in the living area for another occupant. Both rooms have very generous built-in cupboards. There is also a sliding door to another back balcony from the master bedroom. In this arrangement, there is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom with a second bathroom with separate toilet in an adjacent area. The bathroom has a long bath with shower over it.

 

There is a well-hidden laundry facility in a large cupboard in the passageway.  A full kitchen, with breakfast bar seating, runs the full width of the living area. All equipment such as oven, stove and dishwashing machine is of the highest quality as are the sparkling bench tops. 

 

A long dining table on the left of the entry leaves a large sitting area with leather furniture showing strong lines and designer planning. This area has a sliding door to the huge external balcony, which has an outdoor setting, and open views to the north across to the harbour. .

 

Car parking is accessed from a right of way on the harbourside of the building.
