In the centre of cosmopolitan Fremantle, Norfolk Row offers quiet, convenient family or business short-stay accommodation in a two story terraced townhouse. This location is diagonally opposite the Fremantle Markets and adjacent to the Norfolk Hotel. Therefore, there are restaurants aplenty very close as well as a pub location that has great ambience and friendly clientele.
The townhouse is oriented north-south so that the front verandah and upper bedroom balcony catch the sun in winter but give shade protection through the hottest months.
The two queen bedrooms (one with an extra single) are on the upper floor with a central loft area that has one single bed. The loft is not suitable for young children. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and handbasin, downstairs bathroom contains the laundry, toilet and shower over the bath.
There is now reverse cycle airconditioning in the living area.

Recently refurbished, with new kitchen, upstairs and living air-conditioned and wooden floors, this charming home is ideal for two couples with or without children. Pets are considered at this location (bond is required).
Enjoy time with friends in the pleasant rear garden area shaded by a sail - complete with BBQ (electric). Access to secure car parking for two cars controlled by electric gates, is via the rear gate. One parking area is under cover and the other is hard-standing directly to the rear of the townhouse so parking is ok for one car with a trailer or larger vehicles such as 4-wheel drives or  people movers.
For comfort and convenience in the central Fremantle area there is nowhere better!
